  • How to place my order?
    1 - Go to "Shop". 2 - Click on the product you want to add to the basket. 3 - Click the "Add to Cart" button. 4 - Fill in the information below that will be asked. 5 - We will send you a first email confirming the order and, once accepted, we will send you another email to complete the purchase.   • National - International Orders
    NATIONAL: They will be free except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The delivery time will be between 7-15 days unless the product is out of stock. INTERNATIONAL: Contact: infopatstrenc@gmail.com
  • Can I cancel my order?
    For cancellations, please contact us at infopatstrenc@gmail.com and we will process your request as soon as possible.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    CHANGES: - In the case of an exchange for a new lower-cost product, you will be provided with a coupon with the difference. - There will be a month from the purchase of an item for its replacement for the same amount in case of factory defect. RETURNS: - Request the return by email to infopatstrenc@gmail.com within a period of no more than 7 business days after the date of receipt of the product. - The item must be received by Pat Strenc within a maximum period of 15 business days from the notification of the return. - For the return to be effective, the item must be returned in perfect condition with its labels, its corresponding accessories if it is transported and with its original packaging. - The customer will bear the transportation costs of the return. - We recommend that you send the item by post or certified mail and keep proof of delivery. - No refunds will be accepted for freight collect. - Once the return has been received and it has been confirmed that everything is as mentioned above, we will proceed to make the refund to the same card number with which the purchase payment was made.
  • claims
    Pat Strenc will not be responsible for any damage that the order may suffer during transport or handling. You will not accept any claim or return of items in poor condition for damage caused during transport if they have not been indicated on the delivery note at the time of receipt and we have not been notified within a period of more than two days.
  • Payment methods
    We have the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, Mastercard. In case your card is declined, it may be due to the following reasons: - Some data entered may be incorrect.- The card could expire. Verify that your card does not exceed the validity date.- The card limit may have been reached. For any questions, contact your bank.
  • Why does the payment page give me an error?
    If the checkout page gives you an error, please verify that your order was successfully charged to your card before going back and starting the checkout process again.
