Expenses are free except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The delivery time will be between 7 and 15 days and may vary depending on the production at the time.

EXCHANGE
- In the case of an exchange for a new lower cost product, a coupon will be provided with the difference.
- There will be one month from the purchase of an item for its replacement for the same amount in case of a factory defect.
RETURN
- Request the return by email to info@patstrenc.com within a period of no more than 7 business days after the date of receipt of the product.
- The item must be received by Pat Strenc within a maximum period of 15 business days from notification of the return.
- For the return to be effective, the item must be returned in perfect condition with its labels, its corresponding accessories if transported and with its original packaging.
- Free return costs.
- We recommend that you send the item by postal or certified mail and retain proof of delivery.
- Refunds for freight collect will not be accepted.
- Once the return has been received and it has been confirmed that everything is as mentioned above, we will proceed to make the refund to the same card number with which the purchase payment was made.
