By meeting the standards of an LWG Approved Trader, Pat Strenc ensures that the leather used in its products is responsibly sourced and manufactured in a way that minimises environmental impact, promoting ethical and earth-friendly production.

CARE
- Keep the bag protected when not in use.
- Leather: clean with a dry cotton cloth.
- Interior of the bag: clean with a soft brush, carefully and without rubbing so as not to lift the leather, in the area of the stain.
(Can be protected with treatment sprays or dust repellents).
- Specialist cleaning.
EXCHANGE
- There will be one month from the purchase of an item for replacement in case of factory defect.
RETURN
- Request a return by email to infopatstrenc@gmail.com within a period of no more than 7 working days after the date of receipt of the product.
- The item must be received by Pat Strenc within no more than 15 working days of notification of the return.
- For the return to be effective, the article must be returned in perfect condition with its labels, its corresponding accessories if it is being transported and with its original packaging.
- Return costs are free of charge.
- We recommend that you send the item by registered post and keep the proof of delivery.
- Freight collect refunds will not be accepted.
- Once the return has been received and everything has been confirmed to be as stated above, we will issue a refund to the same credit card number used to pay for the purchase.
