Shipping & Returns





Expenses are free except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.


The delivery time will be between 7-15 days unless the product is out of stock.




  • How can I place my order?

1 - Go to "Shop".

2 - Click on the product you want to add to the basket.

3 - Click on the "Add to cart" button.

4 - Fill in the information that will be requested below.

5 - We will send you a first email confirming the order and, once accepted, we will send you another email to complete the purchase.

We will send you the shipping number by email at the time of confirmation of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please send an email to

  • Can I cancel the order?

For cancellations, please contact us at and we will process your request as soon as possible.​



- In the case of an exchange for a new lower cost product, you will be provided with a coupon with the difference.


- There will be a month from the purchase of an item for its replacement for the same amount in case of factory defect.



- Request the return by email to within a period of no more than 7 business days after the date of receipt of the product.


- The item must be received by Pat Strenc within a maximum period of 15 business days from the notification of the return.


- For the return to be effective, the item must be returned in perfect condition with its labels, its corresponding accessories if it is transported and with its original packaging.


- Free return costs.


- We recommend that you send the item by post or certified mail and that you keep the proof of delivery.


- Freight collect refunds will not be accepted.


- Once the return has been received and it has been confirmed that everything is as mentioned above, we will proceed to make the refund to the same card number with which the purchase payment was made.
